We want to contribute to the UK housing supply in two ways: by bringing more 'move-in ready' properties to market by way of our developments, and by making undeveloped sites 'construction-ready' for other developers by taking them through the planning process.
We aren't like other developers who have a "profit-first" mentality, one of our main prides is structuring our projects in a way that the land and property owners we buy our sites from share in the value created as much as possible.
Residian operates across London and the Home Counties, with a particular focus on commuter-belt areas.
