Property Development

Over the years the responsibility of house building targets has usually fell on the larger house builders, but SME developers play a huge (and often undervalued) part in developing new homes. Residian has found a niche in small, 1-5 unit developments with short development cycles less than 12 months.

Our typical projects include:

  • House refurbishments and extensions
  • Flat refurbishments and extensions
  • Commercial to residential conversions
  • New build projects

Typically these projects are acquired with planning, unless the value-add can be done via permitted development. This approach reduces our development cycles.
